Disclaimer: The concepts “vitalization”, “energization” or “invigoration” are theories that attempt to explain changes that are sometimes observed after physical influence on water. Such changes, such as fresher taste, greater mobility and greater efficiency in crystallization or germination tests, remain scientifically inexplicable.
There are many different terms people try to use to describe water these days: energized, invigorated, structured, informed, charged, and many more. From a scientific perspective, water is just the chemical compound H2O and should not exhibit any different behavior in this form. But does “vital” water just not exist because it cannot be detected after chemical analysis? In this article we do not want to present scientifically proven facts, but rather describe theories and changes. We will attempt to bring understanding to the various meanings of water and terms such as “invigorating” and “energizing.”
Why is water so important for us?
Humans consist of up to 70% water. Our body uses water for nutrient transport, metabolism and efficient detoxification. Water therefore enables us to stay healthy. The water we consume every day has a major influence on our inner life (cells, organs and tissue) but also on our outside.
But why is water so important?
As a source of life, water has an enormously important property for us humans and all other living beings on earth: Solve . Water is more than just a food or a chemical formula. Many properties that water has cannot be explained - and some anomalies in water even make life as we know it possible.
For example, Masaru Emoto conducted an experiment showing the influence of human mood on water through the formation of crystal images. To do this, he tried to influence the water through information and human moods. The result was that corresponding crystal images were formed during the freezing process. Although such experiments are not scientifically recognized due to unclearly defined measurement methods, that does not mean that research in this direction should stop.
Water may therefore have many more properties and possibilities than previously known. It is therefore important for us humans to always pay attention to the quality and consumption of water. Also for the reason that water is our source of life and controls many metabolic functions in our body. A good way to process water and exploit all its properties is to energize it. With the help of a swirler or a refining system, an attempt is made to return tap water to a more natural physical state. As a result, you can drink pure, revitalized and evenly structured water.
Why should I treat and energize my water?
Energized and structured water is quite a controversial topic, generating many different vehement opinions. However, we at H2O Wasserladen are of the opinion that water should also be physically treated whenever possible. We have listed the reasons for this in this section:

How can I actually energize tap water?
To understand how to “energize” your tap water, you should first understand what energize means. The term energy is normally used in physics: thermal energy, kinetic energy, electrical energy, etc. Generally speaking, to energize means to enrich something with energy. However, in connection with water, the term energy has a completely different meaning: the water is changed and adapted in such a way that living beings become more vital and healthy and receive more life energy. This is why the word “vitalize” is often used.
People try to energize water in many different ways. It is important to understand that water molecules are dipoles, i.e. they have one side that is slightly negatively charged and one side that is slightly positively charged. So they attract each other “magnetically” and use this force (= hydrogen bonds) to maintain an easily detachable connection. In sluggish water, the “clusters” formed in this way are said to contain an average of many thousands of molecules and “stick together” in a rather disorderly manner, whereas in vital water they only contain a few hundred molecules in a quasi-crystalline form. It is also assumed that water is able to accept and maintain the vibrations of foreign substances or the environment. This idea could explain a number of effects that are observed in nature.
In the following section we want to give you an overview of how you can energize your tap water:
Water whirlwind: The main task of water whirlers is to cause the water to move in a certain whirlpool-like manner. Existing structures in the water are broken down into smaller structures. In the whirlpool, all layers of water are shifted on a molecular level and large molecular clusters are “shredded”. New, structure-friendly smaller clusters are formed. With the help of the vortex method, the water is renewed and made more mobile. It tastes fresher and is said to have a revitalizing effect.
Gemstones: Special gemstones such as rock crystals or rose quartz have an interface with water. This means that liquid crystals can form on these surfaces. These crystal structures then have the information from the gemstones and transfer it into the water.
Resonance process: Similar to the suspected effect with gemstones, in these processes highly structured materials (e.g. healing water or certain ceramics) are brought into contact with or close to the water to be treated. These structures are then supposed to be transmitted through resonance and remain there for some time.
Natural water filter : In the atmosphere, water purifies itself using evaporation and condensation in the clouds. During the transition from the liquid to the gaseous state (evaporation), all previously existing liquid crystals in the water are deleted. This can also be called cleaning the information. As the water cools, it condenses in the upper atmosphere and forms small droplets. Just like in distillation, these droplets have an interface with the air and form liquid crystals. This gives the water new information and the process starts again.
Reverse osmosis: In reverse osmosis, the water is forced through a cross-linked membrane, which is effectively so fine under pressure that only very small liquid crystals can fit through. This probably deletes most of the information that has been preserved in clusters or the natural oscillations in the water. Reverse osmosis is one of the best filter processes that achieves a very high level of water purity.
What is “hexagonal” water and how can I make it?
The term was coined around 2004 by researcher Dr. Mu Shik Jhon, who is considered one of the leading water researchers of our time. In this section we would like to explain his model of hexagonal water in more detail and explain how you can produce hexagonal water:
What is hexagonal water and what makes it special?
- Hexagonal water is held together by water molecules that are all at an angle of 60 degrees to each other. The molecules form hexagons -> hence the name hexagonal.
- Hexagonal water contains more energy and oxygen than regular tap water. It supports the metabolism, ensures relaxation, vitality and invigoration of the body.
- Hexagonal Water can be crafted using Gems or Water Whirlers.
- Water normally exists in three states: solid, liquid and gas. In energized water research, water can have a fourth physical state: liquid crystal . In this state we speak of structured water, i.e. water with many hexagonally arranged molecules. The state lies between the solid and liquid states of water
- Due to the hexagonal structure, such water can absorb more energy than conventional water. Hexagonal water can also be processed better and more easily by the body because it does not have to restructure the water. Hexagonal water has a significantly better quality than normal water with up to 50% higher oxygen content. Hexagonal water accelerates metabolism and blood circulation.
So hexagonal water has many beneficial properties that support both the body and the environment. But how can you structure water yourself? What methods of application are there?
How to structure water yourself:
With gemstones: When water comes into contact with different surfaces, it basically takes on hexagonal structures. If these surfaces also have hexagonal properties, contact is much better. Some stones can therefore structure the water and create hexagonal water. Hexagonal water can be achieved with different stones. Most gemstones are eligible. Very effective and recommended gemstones are rock crystal, rose quartz, magnesite and amethyst. However, it is important which stone you choose, as each one has a different effect. Rose quartz, for example, fills the water with more energy and thus passes it on to the body. A sodalite in water, on the other hand, tends to lead to increased relaxation. However, there are also gemstones that should under no circumstances come into contact with water, as they only contaminate it and even make it harmful to health. These are the cinnabar and the galena.
There are two ways to achieve contact between the water and the stones:
- Stones in the glass carafe: The stones are usually placed in the glass carafe and water is poured over them. This revitalizes and structures the water. However, it may take a few hours for this process to complete, so always make sure to add new water early.
- Stone in the pipeline: This variant is quite new and not as well-known as the first one mentioned. One or more stones are inserted into the water pipe. This means that the water runs past the stone and is structured directly in the pipe. This means that the tap water is already hexagonal and structured. However, the stone needs to be replaced after a while, which can be a bit complicated.
With a swirler: Water can assume its natural and hexagonal state using a swirler. This happens through the strong hyperbolic Turbulence of the water through the swirler. Structures such as right angles, which are subordinate to 60 degree angles, are dissolved in this process. Breaking the hydrogen bonds helps the water return to its natural, hexagonal structure.
There are three types of turbulence:
- External : You can use a device to swirl tap water or purchased bottled water either by machine or by hand. This allows you to return a certain amount of water to its original form.
- Internal : The swirler is integrated directly into the water pipe. In most cases this is done as an attachment for the tap or as a permanent integration into the pipe. This way, when you turn on the faucet, structured water comes out of the faucet.
- Glass carafe : Many glass carafes have specific shapes designed to structure water. These carafes are curved several times. When pouring, a vortex is created in the carafe, which breaks down the poor structure of the molecules and allows the water to return to its natural form.
